I am 49 years old, the spouse of a policeman. Since 2001, I started to take bone density X-ray check-ups, the results of which indicated an onslaught of bone mass loss, putting me in the category of “osteopenia”. My biennial check-ups had continued to indicate a steady loss of bone mass.

In February 2007, under the recommendations of my friend, I took part in the reinforcement class of the Taiji Five-element Self Recovery Program (TFSRP), and since then have been practising it regularly. In February 2008 when I went back to have my bone density check-up, to my surprise, the results were normal. My hip bone T-score improved from 1.52 in November 2005 to -0.8 in February 2008 (A score greater than -1 is considered normal). The doctor and nurses were all amazed, because for a woman who is undergoing menopause, it is only normal for her to continue to suffer from the process of bone mass loss, or even for the loss rate to deteriorate. There is no reason whatsoever to account for the bone mass being restored to the normal level! The doctor also felt happy for me, because the medical sector does not believe that human beings can have such regenerating power. They kept asking me what I ate and what I did to have achieved that. I have not taken any dairy products as I have been very resistant to them; and despite the calcium tablets that I have been taking according to the doctor’s instructions all these years, there had not been any improvements. The only explanation then is that I have been practising TFSRP. Within a year’s time, not only has my bone mass been back to normal, I have also lost 9 lbs. Being able to have such big gains is really out of my expectations.

Here I would like to thank Master He for devising TFSRP and President Chiu for her guidance, and my friend Ms Chu Mai Fong for her recommendations. I will also set an example myself in encouraging my friends and relatives to learn TFSRP, so that they will be able to enjoy the goodness of life.
